About Permian Well Services
Two decades of field experience, a growing fleet, and a team that knows the Permian Basin the way it needs to be known.
West Texas Roots
Permian Well Services was founded in West Texas by oilfield hands who grew tired of watching operators struggle to coordinate a dozen different vendors for services that naturally belong together. We started with vacuum trucks and a simple promise: show up on time and do the job right.
Over the years, we expanded into well site construction, tank services, environmental remediation, and field staffing — growing each service line in response to what our operator partners actually needed, not what looked good on a brochure. Today our fleet and crew count are larger, but the approach hasn't changed.
We run lean and close. Our supervisors know your foremen by name. Our dispatchers know which leases are tight on road access. That local knowledge, built over two decades of working the same basins and the same formations, is what sets us apart from regional or national providers who view West Texas as just another geography.
How We Operate
Three principles guide every job, every crew, every decision we make in the field.
Safety First
Every job site starts with a safety briefing and ends with all crew accounted for. We maintain OSHA compliance across all operations, support stop-work authority without question, and invest continuously in safety training. No schedule justifies compromising our people.
Reliable Response
When you call, we answer. Our dispatch team operates 24/7 so that field problems don't compound overnight. We keep our equipment maintained and our crews current, because your production schedule matters as much to us as it does to you.
Environmental Stewardship
Operating in the Permian Basin means operating responsibly. We follow all Railroad Commission and TCEQ regulations, document our work thoroughly, and treat every site as if we were leaving it to future generations — because we are.
Safety Is Not Negotiable
"Every person goes home at the end of their shift. That's not a goal — it's the baseline. We build everything else around it."
Our safety culture runs top-down and bottom-up. Field supervisors hold the authority — and the responsibility — to stop any operation that presents an unacceptable risk. No operator, no schedule, no pressure from the office will override a stop-work call in the field.
We maintain compliance with OSHA standards across all service lines and operate under a robust safety management system that includes pre-job hazard analysis, tool box talks, incident reporting, and root-cause review. Our recordable rate has remained below the industry average for the past decade.
Permian Basin Coverage
We operate throughout the Permian Basin, with primary coverage across the Midland Basin and Delaware Basin. Our yard is located in Midland, TX, giving us rapid response times to locations in Ector, Midland, Andrews, Reeves, Pecos, and surrounding counties.
For large projects or emergency response, our equipment can mobilise to any point in West Texas. Call our dispatch line to confirm coverage for your specific location.
